Women & Wine
When I started my company I had three key things in mind: Wine, women and the community. I have a passion for bringing women together and that has been core to who I am as an individual and important for my business as well.
Women and wine are a true compliment to each other. One thing I love more than anything is spending time with my girlfriends, talking, laughing, sharing, and experiencing life. I have remained friends with girls I went to high school and college with my whole life and I cherish those relationships. My bond with these women has only grown stronger throughout the years. My best times and memories surround some of these women and I feel re-energized after being with all of them throughout various times of my life.
I have found that as we have grown up a glass of wine has helped us come together in sisterhood. We bond, share, create and do things that support our community and hope to promote and inspire others to do the same. I have found that bringing women and wine together create a unique and empowered duo.
Our motto at Sento Bene Wines it “Connect – Toast – Inspire” and our hope is to inspire the bond of women and wine. Through “connecting” with each other, “toasting” with our wine we’ll “inspire” those around us to get involved in their community as well. Sento Bene Wines is currently working in partnership with two women run organizations that are making great changes both locally and nationally. “Heels 2 Heal” (heels2heal.org) is a group that brings women, fashion and fundraising for children together in an annual event in Southern California. “StepUp” (suwn.org) a non-profit organization that is devoted to the development of teen women into our next leaders. These two non-profit organizations are run by women who come together to promote positive changes in their community. My community is active in those organizations and we love supporting these women in the organizations with our wine.
Women and wine create and inspire more action in the community when we bring the two together around a table. We get creative on how to serve and find meaningful solutions for our communities, not only that we get to bond with our fellow sisters (Women), share and support each other. To me, that is a beautiful thing! Share your Women and Wine Story with me, I would love to here from you!
